falkon for Debian

The source package is downloaded from https://download.kde.org/stable/falkon/
and a few files are erased, since they are embedded javascript libraries,
in uglified format: src/lib/data/html/jquery*.js

Erased files are replaced by symlinks to the same libraries as provided
by debian packages
