The MESS.WP file is an ascii file composed of standard WP update lines. It
has no size limit and will be sent as messages to the different routes
defined for WP updates in <a href="fmtinit.htm">INIT.SRV</a>. The outgoing messages will be truncated<br>to 5Kb sections if required.<br><br>This file is read at the end of the BBS start-up.<br><br><br><br>
