fdutils for Debian
------------------
The suid bit for fdmount is now off by default. If you need to change it, please run /usr/sbin/fdutilsconfig. It uses the file /etc/fdmount.conf
The format of /etc/fdmount.conf is:
is_suid=no
is_suid can be set either yes or no.
