.B qpdldecode
decodes a QPDL stream into human readable form.
Only the JBIG compression format (0x13) is handled.

An QPDL stream is the printer langauge used by the
Samsung CLP-300, CLP-600, CLX-3160 and the
Xerox Phaser 6110
printers.
