foobillard uses quilt, with patch and unpatch rules. Freshly unpacked source will not be patched yet

Note that all the .ttf files where removed from the .orig tarball. If/when
foobillard has a new upstream release, the tarball should probably get a
*.dfsg* name.

The README.FONTS file should also be removed, but I forgot that for the 3.0a release
