This driver works on the MicroDry thermal transfer printers: The
Alps MD series, the Citizen printiva series, and the Okidata DP
series. It is the successor of the "ppmtocpva"
driver.<p>
Note that the "<tt>-autoshift</tt>" feature
is broken in the versions 1.0.2 and older. This is fixed in
1.0.3.<p>
From version 1.1 on the Dye Sublimation mode is fully
supported. The VPhoto mode and VPhoto primer support are available
from version 1.3 on.<p>
