forensics-samples for Debian

There is not a functional debian/salsa-ci.yml in this package.
- debian/salsa-ci.yml: currently, Salsa doesn't allow large files. So when
building the package, Salsa says:
Uploading artifacts...
/builds/eriberto/forensics-samples/debian/output/: found 16 matching
files and directories ERROR: Uploading artifacts as "archive" to
coordinator... too large archive id=994432 responseStatus=413
Request Entity Too Large status=413 token=GvYzfWo3 FATAL: too large
ERROR: Job failed: exit code 1

Low Popcon

Sure, some users will use forensics-samples to learn more about digital
forensics. However, I think the content of this package will be only called by
CI tests for other packages in most cases. Consequently, it will be a very
useful package with low popcon.
