fortunes-de for Debian

This package provides German fortune cookies which can be used simply with the
now internationalized fortune (from fortune-mod package). Because upstream
fortune is not internationalized a script called spruch is provided with the
fortunes-de upstream source and thus fortunes-de provides this script as well
for extra comfort (because of the symlink technique which enables fortune cookies
out of certain databases).
If something goes wrong with the encoding if you use the spruch script (or symlinks
to this script) which might happen because of the recent move to UTF-8 encoding
just use fortune instead of spruch (and file a bug report, but please keep in
mind that this script is not the main functionality of the package and does not
justify bug severities higher than "normal". If somebody thinks he should file
RC bugs because of trouble with this script it will just be removed or moved
to /usr/share/doc/fortunes-de/examples.)
