     Version 1.0 (C) Tom Schumm

Thank you for using Julia Morph, a quick and dirty little program by
Phong, AKA Tom Schumm. While this isn't a spectacular program, I would
appreciate any comments (or donations) that you could give me.

If you understand fractals, you probably know that Julia fractals with
parameters near one another, tend to look more alike than those with
significantly different constants. This little program will generate a
batch file with the parameters for a specified number of julia sets with
constants at regular intervals between two input sets. Run this fractint
batch file to create the necessary images for an animation of the two Julia
sets "morphing" into each other.

If you want to morph from one to another to another, and so forth,
generate multiple batch files and splice them together like this:

copy batfile1.bat+batfile2.bat+batfile3.bat... bigbat.bat

Then you just have to go through and delete the duplicate lines
(endpoints between the files). Or, you could just delete the last line of
all the files except the last one before you combine them.

Use of the program is simple. Just enter the parameters asked for, the
number of frames, any additional fractint parameters you want in the
batch file (video mode, color map, drawing method, etc.), and the name of
the batch file you want to create. It puts on the extension for you. It
doesn't check to see if there is already a batch file with that name, and
just writes it. Now you just need a utility to put all the images into a
.fli.

I cannot be held responsible if something goes wrong and the program
pukes on you (should only happen if you mess up), or causes damage (I have
no idea how it could). This file my be freely distributed if it is not
modified in any way, and this doc file is included with the executable. I
would, however, appreciate any donations so that I could produce more
programs (most of the programs I have released, and am working on are much
cooler than this quick ditty). I can't guarantee that I can give you free
upgrades (unless it is a big donation ;) ), but you won't have to feel
guilty if you download a newer version and then don't pay (unless it has
huge improvements ;) ).

I almost forgot! My address:
