DLCI/FRAD Configuration

This is an update of the frad tools that accompany the DLCI/SDLA drivers
found in the 1.3 and 2.0 kernels. The most recent version of the firmware
supplied by Sangoma is included in this update.
Contained is the source for 2 programs. dlcicfg and fradcfg will read from
a configuration file, and create the interfaces with parameters in the
file. Once the devices are created, the standard ifconfig can be used to assign
IP addresses and otherwise configure the device.
The tools in this package have been in use for our T1 link to the internet
since early in '95. There have been no reported problems. If you should
encounter one, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me. I can be
