DFArc2 for MS Windows is shipped with the Dink Smallwood v1.08
package. Its source code is included in the v1.08 source code archive.
The files from that archive do not include copyright and license
notices - even the ones from the original DFArc source code were
removed (see COPYING.DFArc). The following is from license.txt and
applies to all the source archive.
