<dd>A handle returned by <a href="FtpConnect.html">FtpConnect()</a>.</dd>

<p>Performs a short form directory listing of the specified path on
the remote system. The results are written to the specified
file.</p>

<p>Returns 1 if successful or 0 on error.</p>
