Release notes for fungw 1.2.2
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

This minor release is focusing on bug fixes. Highlights:

1. perl doesn't abuse context struct field, but uses modglobal hv instead

2. ./configure --disable option for each language module

3. make distclean left over a few files

4. makefiles are more BSD-make compatible now
