<P>The special sequence <special><SAMP>@</SAMP> inserts
the special character into the text as if it were not
special at all. The <SAMP>@</SAMP> of this sequence has nothing
to do with the current special character. If the current
special character is <SAMP>P</SAMP> then the sequence
<SAMP>P@</SAMP> will insert a <SAMP>P</SAMP> into the text.
Example: <SAMP>@@#@=#@#@#=@@@</SAMP> translates to
<SAMP>@#@#@</SAMP>.
