Skip over the data part of a FITS header data unit.
<P>
If the file is seekable and the <B>ofile</B> file pointer is
<B>NULL</B> the data are skipped with an <B>fseek</B>().
<P>
If the <B>ofile</B> file pointer is <B>NULL</B> no data is written.
