Since the gcc.exe install directory, C:\mingw\bin, is not in the
Windows PATH, the FILTER_CC variable must be set. You have to use a
Windows pathname, not a Posix pathname, because the Windows system()
routine passes the string to the DOS shell.

	export FILTER_CC="C:\mingw\bin\gcc.exe"
