Project importer plugin for FusionForge 5.1+

Developped as part of the COCLICO project.

This plugin allows you to import projects exported to a format compatible with ForgePlucker's one.

 - ARC2 for PHP library (cf. http://arc.semsol.org/ or https://github.com/semsol/arc2)
