The official sources tarballs are downloaded from an non-indexed location,
in the case of the v3, this was:
* https://swupdate.openvpn.net/community/releases/gdbuspp-3.tar.xz
* https://swupdate.openvpn.net/community/releases/gdbuspp-3.tar.xz.asc
This is the same location as the openvpn client itself. The upstream
git location is
* https://codeberg.org/OpenVPN/gdbuspp/
The `debian/watch` file points to the tags of the releases on codeberg,
the above non-indexable locations is just an upstream re-compression
of the above.
