There were a number of bundled libraries in

  src/lib/geogram/third_party/

For most of these I'm using the packages in Debian: most were stripped out when
making the orig tarball. The exclusion list is in the Files-Excluded: stanza in
debian/copyright. We keep these libraries that we need and that aren't available
in Debian today:

- PoissonRecon
- xatlas

For SOME of these third-party modules upstream is now using submodules, but we have packages:

- libmeshb-dev
- librply-dev

This package is in contrib. Because it depends on "amgcl", which is also in
contrib (because it Build-Depends:libparmetis-dev which is non-free). And
because it depends on "triangle", which is non-free.
