gff2ps for Debian

There is an Perl implementation of gff2ps included on Bioperl package, located
at /usr/share/doc/bioperl/examples/tools/gff2ps.pl.gz
Note that this Perl program is very basic and limited. Also, it's not a
ready-to-use application.
