DESCRIPTION:
============
hevea2mml is a forked hack of the itex2MML project by Jacques Distler,
(see README.itex2MML file). 
This fork is released under the GPL version 3 (see the COPYING file).
It was hacked by B. Parisse in order to convert LaTeX files to HTML5+MathML
in 2 steps: 
1/ convert LaTeX to HTML5+mathjax with hevea -mathjax, either with
the latest unstable version of hevea written by Luc Maranget, or with
hevea-mathjax a fork of hevea written by Yannick Chevalier
2/ convert HTML5+mathjax to HTML5+mathml with itex2MML
This package also includes files in order to make CAS-computation
enabled HTML5 files.

INSTALL:
=========
First install latest hevea with mathjax support from
  http://hevea.inria.fr
or install hevea-mathjax
  git clone https://github.com/YannickChevalier/hevea-mathjax
then 
  cd hevea-mathjax 
and 
  make

USAGE:
======
In your yourfilename.tex file add in preamble
\usepackage{hevea} 
\giacmathjax

Then run 
  hevea2mml yourfilename.tex 
Or in 2 steps:
  hevea yourfilename.tex
or (hevea-mathjax fork)
  hevea -mathjax yourfilename.tex
and after that run
  hevea2mml yourfilename

You can now open yourfilename.html in your browser, inside Firefox mathml 
is rendered natively, inside Chrome or IE, Mathjax is called to render 
mathml which is (much) slower on (large) document.

CHANGES
=======
Changes with respect to the original itex2MML (see README.orig):
1/ Support for \begin{equation} \label{} \end{equation} 
and \begin{eqnarray} \label{} \end{eqnarray}
and \ref{}
2/ default option --forbid-markup + inline maths are inside \( ... \)
instead of $ ... $, (a single $ in the input file is converted 
to HTML code $)
Use --nohevea to revert to original default options.
3/ --d option: show cross-references
4/ Input and output filename passed as arguments instead of redirecting streams
If the input filename does not exist, add .html to it, and in that
case if the output filename is not specified it is the same as the input file.
5/ Same rendering as in latex for $ab$ (a and b in italic 
with implicit multiplication)
6/ A few new latex commands are recognized \overrightarrow \mbox \
