*What's giFTui ?
It's a fucking giFT client of course, using GTK+ 2.x.
*What are the giFTui project's goals ?
To be fast (as fast as GTK+ allow us), easy to use,
easy to modify and not "static". I explain...
One of the first goal of giFTui is to provide futhers
tabs (Search, Tranfer, Browse, Options, etc...), but it's
too to allow users to open futher search and browse tab.
Most of current giFT clients doesn't provide (currently?)
this feature.
Next goal is to provide differents parents widgets. I
explain too.
Currently giFTui uses Tabs to display each opened widget.
But is it the best way to display them ? I'm not sure.
So next step is the provide differents ways to display
them. A tree could do the same job as well. Our goal is
to provide a good way to let people implement their own
widgets, without rewrite all from scratch.
