Download the example data and unpack the archive:

   wget -q http://sourceforge.net/projects/giira/files/Example/example.zip
   unzip example

Run testsuite:

   giira -iG example/Scer_chr4.fasta -iR example/scer_example_reads.fastq -out GIIRA_example/
