MPEG-4 HE-AAC+ encoding and AudioScience HPI source device support are disabled
as they require non-free drivers to operate.

The debian/glasscoder.1 man page is installed as make breaks the formatting of
the upstream version. The version number needs bumping when upstream's version
changes
