SOCK_CLOEXEC and SOCK_NONBLOCK for socket on GNU Hurd.
* sysdeps/mach/hurd/socket.c (__socket): Handle SOCK_CLOEXEC and
SOCK_NONBLOCK.
* sysdeps/mach/hurd/kernel-features.h (__ASSUME_SOCK_CLOEXEC): Define.
