To install this data set, you will need to have StarPlot and the accompanying
utility program, starconvert, already installed.  Then follow these steps:

1) Edit the Makefile in this directory to make sure it gives the correct
   location for the StarPlot data directory (the DATADIR variable), the
   name of the conversion program (the STARCONVERT variable), and the name
   of the install program (the INSTALL variable).

2) make
3) make install (as root, if necessary).
