	* argv.c: Add buildargv_noescape(), and turn buildargv() into
        a wrapper to this function. buildargv_noescape() takes one
        more parameter which indicates whether we want to escape
        backslashes. This makes possible using windows-style pathnames
        in the 'file' command.

        Fixes [B402-008].

	precision floating point numbers standard. This works with
