<title>파일 속성</title>
<p>파일 또는 폴더 정보를 보려면, 항목위에 포인터를 두고 오른쪽 단추를 누른 후 <gui>속성</gui>을 선택합니다. 또한 파일을 선택한 후 <keyseq><key>Alt</key><key>Enter</key></keyseq>키를 눌러 볼 수 있습니다.</p>
<p>파일 속성 창에서는 파일 형식, 파일 크기, 파일 최종 수정일시를 보여줍니다. 이 정보를 자주 봐야 한다면 <link xref="nautilus-list">목록 보기 열</link> 또는 <link xref="nautilus-display#icon-captions">아이콘 설명</link>에 나타낼 수 있습니다.</p>

extra <gui>Properties</gui> entry that provides information like the
dimensions, duration, and codec.</p>

<title><gui>형식</gui></title>
<p>이 항목은 PDF 문서, 오픈도큐먼트 문서, JPEG 이미지와 같은 파일 형식을 식별하게 해줍니다. 파일 형식은 여러 프로그램 중 어떤 프로그램에서 이 파일을 열 수 있는지를 결정합니다. 예를 들면 음악 재생기에서는 사진을 열 수 없습니다. 자세한 내용은 <link xref="files-open"/>를 살펴봅니다.</p>

<title>내용</title>
<p>이 입력창에는 파일 대신 폴더의 속성을 볼 때 나타납니다. 폴더의 항목 갯수를 볼 수 있게 해줍니다. 폴더에 다른 폴더가 있다면 그 다른 폴더 안에 더 많은 항목이 있다 하더라도 각 폴더 안의 항목 갯수가 몇인지를 보여줍니다.각 파일을 하나의 항목으로 계산합니다. 폴더가 비어있을 경우 <gui>아무것도 보여주지 않습니다</gui>.</p>

<item>
<title>크기</title>
<p>이 입력창에는 (폴더가 아닌) 파일을 보고 있을 때 나타납니다. 파일의 크기는 해당 파일이 디스크 공간을 얼마나 점유하는지를 알려줍니다. 또한 파일을 다운로드하거나 전자메일로 보내는데 걸리는 시간의 지표이기도 합니다(큰 파일은 송수신 시간이 더 오래걸림).</p>
<p>파일 크기는 바이트, KB, MB, GB로 나타납니다. 마지막 세 단위의 경우 바이트 용량도 괄호에 둘러쌓아 나타냅니다. 기술적으로 1 KB는 1024 바이트, 1MB는 1024KB와 같은 식입니다.</p>

<title>남은 용량</title>
<p>이 옵션은 폴더만 나타냅니다. 폴더가 있는 디스크의 가용 용량을 제시합니다. 하드 디스크가 가득 찼을 때 쓸만한 옵션입니다.</p>

<title>상위 폴더</title>
<p>컴퓨터의 각 파일의 위치는 <em>절대 경로</em>로 주어집니다. 이를 파일에 도달하는데 거쳐가야 할 폴더 목록으로 구성한 컴퓨터 파일의 유일 “주소”라고 합니다. 짐이 홈 폴더에 <file>Resume.pdf</file> 파일을 작성해두었다면 상위 디렉터리는 <file>/home/jim</file>이며 파일 경로는 <file>/home/jim/Resume.pdf</file>입니다.</p>
