<title>GNOME クラシックとは何ですか?</title>

<p><em>GNOME Classic</em> is a feature for users who prefer a more traditional
desktop experience. While <em>GNOME Classic</em> is based on modern GNOME
technologies, it provides a number of changes to the user interface, such as

<gui>Places</gui> menus on the top bar, and a window
list at the bottom of the screen.</p>

<p>画面最下部のウィンドウ一覧から、開いているウィンドウやアプリケーションにアクセスできます。またウィンドウを最小化したり、元のサイズに戻したりすることも可能です。</p>

<p>ウィンドウ一覧の右側に、現在のワークスペースを示すインジケーターが表示されます。たとえば最初 (先頭) のワークスペースの場合、<gui>1</gui> と記されます。また、このインジケーターには、利用可能なワークスペースの総数も示されます。他のワークスペースに切り替えるには、インジケーターを押して、表示されるメニューから使用するワークスペースを選択してください。</p>
