<title>Restaurando um ficheiro da lixeira</title>
<p>Se excluir um ficheiro com o gestor de ficheiros, o ficheiro normalmente é colocado na <gui>Lixeira</gui> e pode ser restaurado.</p>

<p>Abra o panorama de <gui xref="shell-introduction#activities">Atividades</gui> e comece a digitar <app>Ficheiros</app>.</p>

<p>Clique em <app>Ficheiros</app> para abrir o gestor de ficheiros.</p>

<p>Click <gui>Trash</gui> in the sidebar. If you do not see the sidebar,
press the <gui>Show Sidebar</gui> button in the top-left corner of the window.</p>

<p>If your deleted file is there, click on it and select
<gui>Restore From Trash</gui>. It will be restored to the folder from where it was
deleted.</p>

<p>Se excluiu o ficheiro usando <keyseq><key>Shift</key><key>Delete</key></keyseq> ou pela linha de comando, o ficheiro foi excluído permanentemente. Ficheiros que foram excluídos permanentemente não podem ser restaurados da <gui>Lixeira</gui>.</p>
<p>Existem algumas ferramentas de recuperação disponíveis que, às vezes, são capazes de recuperar ficheiros que foram permanentemente excluídos. No entanto, elas não são muito fáceis de usar. Se excluiu um ficheiro assim por acidente, talvez seja melhor pedir conselho em um fórum de suporte para ver se consegue recuperá-lo.</p>
