This file will contain what we (Patrick, Olivier, and others) want to add
to GnomeICU. Any items that has been done should be removed.

Patrick

As of Mar 1, 2003:

- revamp groups, contact structure (after 1.0)
- all functions should pass (contact *), instead of uin (maybe before 1.0)

Olivier

Soon:
- Finish file transfer

Maybe later:
- Proper non-lossy rate limiting
- implement web/email pagers
- AIM away
- clean up the whole emoticons thing
