gnucash (1.2.3.cvs.19991026-4) unstable; urgency=low
* Depend on libguile6-slib.
This should fix a few problems with the slib catalog not being
correctly setup, which causes gnucash to die when starting up.
(Fixes #51555, #51773)
* Use -fPIC instead of -fpic (Fixes #51545). Thanks to Ben Collins
