.SH DESCRIPTION

\fBgpiv_piv2gnuplt\fP converts PIV data gnuplot data for displaying
and printing PIV estimators in a graphic way

The parameters may be defined by the command line options as explained
below.

Draws an annotation vector with lenght L.
