grfcodec for Debian

grfcodec is a set of tools for working with the GRF files used by the
Transport Tycoon Deluxe, TTDPatch and OpenTTD games.

To get started with grfcodec, have a look at the documentation in
/usr/share/doc/grfcodec/ and the manpages.
