be equal.
RETURN VALUES
<I>lGet</I>{<I>Type</I>} and <I>lGetPos</I>{<I>Type</I>} return the content of the
specified field corresponding to its {Type}.
ERRORS
The following possible values can occur for lerrno.
LEELEMNULL
The element pointer specifying the element is NULL.
