* generate base.box for Virtualbox usage with Vagrant

Usage instructions
------------------
To create a Debian base box for usage with Vagrant
(and while at it run the grml-debootstrap tests):
% cd grml-debootstrap.git
% make testrun
Start resulting Debian system via Vagrant:
% vagrant up
