Subject: [hdtbl]: Fix Savannah #66316 (missing `grn` dep).
* hdtbl.am (HDTBLPROCESSEDEXAMPLEFILES): Declare dependency on `grn`;
because `-I` flags are used, it is dragged in even though not
explicitly needed. Resolves race against `grn`'s availability in the
build tree.
