Debian source package for GROMACS
=================================
When initially unpacked, the source tree for this package contains only the
contents of the upstream distribution. To apply the Debian-specific
patches, run `debian/rules patch'. This target is automatically called by
any rule that compiles binaries - build*, binary*, and so forth.
Please see dpatch(1) or /usr/share/doc/dpatch/ for further information.
