<p>This file documents the <i>GNU Scientific Library</i> (GSL), a collection of numerical
routines for scientific computing. It corresponds to release
1.16 of the library. Please report any errors in this
manual to <a href="mailto:bug-gsl@gnu.org">bug-gsl@gnu.org</a>.
