GNOME-SmsSend (c) Eric Lassauge
-------------------------------

see TODO for things to do :)
Help is always appreciated too ;) .
Maintainer: Eric Lassauge <lassauge@mail.dotcom.fr>

What is it ?
------------

GNOME-SmsSend is a gnome UI to the smssend tools written by
Christophe CALMEJANE 'Ze KiLleR / SkyTech'
http://zekiller.skytech.org/smssend_menu_en.html

It will detect the provider script files in the default locations
(current dir, ~/.smssend, and smssend default global) and create a small UI
for each one. When you click on the APPLY button it will fork/exec
smssend with proper options.
All options to smssend can be set through the various dialogs.

How to build ?
--------------

You need the 2.9 version of the smssend source, untar gsmssend-<version>.tar.gz
under a previously configured <path>/smssend-<version> then cd gsmssend, run configure and proceed with make.

How to use ?
------------

Be sure to have the corresponding version of smssend in your path and launch
gsmssend. Now all outputs of smssend are rerouted to the UI status bar.

Usage of the UI is very intuitive, please refer to the man page of smssend
for the meaning and usage of all options (setable in preference dialog)
including the management of aliases.

Warning !
---------

The code is only tested on a Linux 2.4.x with Gnome 1.2.x: please send
me a mail if you succeed to run it on another platform.

When compiling from sources, if you want to try the program BEFORE
installation you must add '-DDEVEL' to the CPPFLAGS ! Or you will
have a core dump if the program can't find the help files.
