Writing Keyboard Definition Files</A>
</H1>
<P>
Keyboard definition files contain data that tells GTKeyboard not only
how to lay the keyboard out, but also contains information on how to
remap the physical keyboard settings. They usually end in a <I>.key</I> extension, and are just plain text. They are located in the KEY
directory of the source distribution of GTKeyboard, and are usually
installed in share/gtkeyboard/ off of the prefix where the program is
installed.
