<p>It can be used to set a sub-menu of a <a class="el" href="classGtk_1_1MenuItem.html" title="Child item for menus.">MenuItem</a> using MenuItem::item_set_submenu(), or as the menu of a <a class="el" href="classGtk_1_1MenuToolButton.html" title="A Gtk::ToolItem containing a toggle button.">MenuToolButton</a>.</p>
