guile-commonmark source for Debian

This source has been created by cloning the upstream repository after release of 0.1.2,
including some changes that allows to use guile 3.0 instead of 2.0, and still not released.

In order to get a usable distribution tarball, an 'autoreconf -vif' has been issued under stable bookworm).
Note that a series of tests have been skipped, in some cases because stil not implemented and in other
cases because cause known errors. Some failures could also be side effects of srfi64 errors.
