.B update\-haskell\-control
updates \fIdebian/control\fR files from \fIdebian/control.in\fR with
version information etc. It can also be used to check that the two
files are not out of sync.

Show summary of options.

.BR \-\-version ", " \-v
Print version information on standard output then exit successfully.

.BR \-\-update
Update the output file. This is the default.

.BR \-\-check
Only check the input and output files are not out of sync.

.BR \-i " " \fIfilename\fR
Set input filename. Can only be given once. Defaults to
\fIdebian/control.in\fR if not given.

.BR \-o " " \fIfilename\fR
Set output filename. Can only be given once. Defaults to
the input filename with the \fI.in\fR suffix removed.

.BR \-I " " \fIpath\fR
Add \fIpath\fR to the list of paths on which varfiles are searched for.
Initially contains only \fI/usr/lib/haskell-utils\fR.

Be verbose. Gives you extra diagnostic information such as where
varfiles are being looked for.

Be quiet. Warnings are suppressed.
