Comment: Many of the code samples used in the tests do not have clear
licenses or attribution. cudnn_softmax.cu appears to have been copied
from https://gist.github.com/hans/d21fa21c04904d0993c8 and many others
in the libraries directory appear to be sample programs from the CUDA
documentation. The tests in the samples directory appear to be based
on sample programs taken from a variety of sources.
