\TYPE {is_let : term -> bool}

\SYNOPSIS
Tests a term to see if it is a {let}-expression.

\DESCRIBE
{is_let `let x1 = e1 and ... and xn = en in E`} returns {true}.
If the term is not a {let}-expression of any kind, the result is {false}.

\FAILURE
Never fails.

\EXAMPLE

  # is_let `let x = 1 in x + x`;;
  val it : bool = true

  # is_let `let x = 2 and y = 3 in y + x`;;
  val it : bool = true
}
