\SYNOPSIS
Constant one in unlimited-size integers.

\DESCRIBE
The constant {num_1} is bound to the integer constant 1 in the
unlimited-precision numbers provided by the OCaml {Num} library.

\FAILURE
Not applicable.

\USES
Exactly the same as {Int 1}, but may save recreation of a cons cell each time.
