\SYNOPSIS
Destroys a window stack.

\LIBRARY window

\DESCRIBE
{END_STACK `name`} destroyes the window stack with name {`name`}.
If {`name`} is the name of the current stack, then 
{END_STACK `name`} leaves you with no current stack.

\FAILURE
{END_STACK `name`} fails if there is no stack called {`name`}.
