\SYNOPSIS
Closes a formatting block.

\DESCRIBE
This function closes a formatting block initialized
by {print_begin} or {print_ibegin}. It terminates the offset settings
that were defined within the block.

\FAILURE
Never fails.

\EXAMPLE
