\TYPE {term_of_int : (int -> term)}

\SYNOPSIS
Maps an ML integer to the corresponding numeric term.

\DESCRIBE
When given a non-negative integer, {term_of_int} returns a logical
term of type {:num}  representing the number.

\FAILURE
Fails if the argument is less than 0.

\EXAMPLE
{
  #term_of_int 2;;
  "2" : term

  #term_of_int (-2);;
  evaluation failed     mk_const: -2 not a constant
}
